Organizational Meeting/Public Hearing

The Westfield Township Zoning Board of Appeals will meet and hold their organizational meeting with a public hearing to follow on Monday June 30, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall located at 6699 Buffham Rd. in Westfield Township. The public hearing will consider the following request:

1. Consideration of an area variance request by the applicant, Mr. Scott May of Westfield Township Zoning Regulation-Article II Section 205 D.2 Lakes and Ponds-“…Ponds shall not be located closer than fifty (50) feet to the right of way of a street.” For the construction of a pond at 5614 Eastlake Rd.

The public is invited to attend and will be given the opportunity to speak. Full application(s) may be viewed by appointment by calling the Township Zoning Inspector at (330) 571-3864.
